Project L - Yate Town Council – Garden Fencing Upgrade Delivers Privacy, Structure & Visual Clarity

Following the success of Phase 1, Yate Town Council partnered with Scott Brothers UK once again to complete the second stage of this garden transformation. The brief: replace aging boundary lines with a cohesive timber fencing system that enhances privacy, tidiness, and long-term durability.

The original fencing was inconsistent, some panels leaning, others mismatched in height and style. The garden itself, though spacious, lacked definition and felt exposed. In Phase 2, we installed a full run of vertical timber panels with treated pine supports, ensuring clean alignment and structural integrity across the entire perimeter.

This wasn’t just a cosmetic refresh. We cleared overgrowth, leveled uneven sections, and pruned surrounding vegetation to open up sightlines and create a more breathable outdoor space. The new fencing now wraps the garden with a sense of enclosure without feeling boxed in, ideal for families, pets, and anyone seeking a more private retreat.

The timber panels were selected for their weather resistance and visual consistency with Phase 1, creating a seamless transition between old and new. The result is a garden that feels finished, functional, and ready for year-round use.

At Scott Brothers UK, we treat every Yate Town Council collaboration as an opportunity to deliver practical upgrades with lasting value. This fencing installation is more than a boundary,it’s a framework for better outdoor living.
