Project Paddock -Yates Builders - Full Garden Design with IRO Decking & Bespoke Office

A garden to be proud of, this was one of our first full design-and-build projects, and it set the tone for everything that followed. As experienced Yates builders, we were thrilled to deliver a space that blends premium materials with practical features, all tailored to modern outdoor living.

The layout began with the stunning ‘Dolphin’ IRO decking, chosen for its rich tone, textured finish, and long-lasting performance. To soften the hardscape and add that lush, vibrant feel, we finished the space with our favourite Rolawn Medallion Turf. Its dense, green texture brings instant life to the garden and offers a low-maintenance solution for families who want beauty without the upkeep.
